Burger Chef promoted the television series Festival of Family Classics with this set of trading cards issued in 1972. The series was a set of 12 cartoons that aired one a month for a year. The shows were the creation of Rankin Bass studios (best known for their production of stop motion animation holiday specials like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.)
My set is still incomplete. I'm always looking to buy or trade for the the ones I need. This set probably contains 100 cards although the highest number I've seen is 99.
Each card is 2.5"x3.5".
The backs are identical and depict Burger Chef and Jeff promoting the shows.

Special thanks to both Les Davis at The Wrapper and Bob Marcy at Scottsdale Cards for helping me locate and attain Ron Wilson's collection (numbered in bold.) Ron spent years tracking down cards from this rare series and it's my intention to preserve and expand upon his effort.
Update: October 13, 2006; Thanks to Lee Ann Blevins for helping me track down cards 75, 91 and 93.
