License Agreement

This unexected License Agreement was sent to Phillip J. Arthur of Connersville, Indiana by John O. Worth of Clarkson & Worth, a Law Office in Rushville, Indiana.  The cover letter, dated August 26, 1971, reads as follows:

Dear Jim:

I enclose herewith a copy of the new License Agreement from Burger Chef Systems, Inc. which Ken Montgomery had forwarded to my attention.  After you have had a chance to review it, let me know what action you want us to take in regard to the agreement and setting up the corporation.

The Agreement itself is a standardized form dated 1 May 1971 and  Copyright 1971 by Burger Chef Systems, Inc.  The Agreement consists of several sections; the initial signature page,  2 pages of Special Provisions, 14 pages of General Conditions, a 2-page Guarantee of Agreement and a 1-page Release.
