City awaits Hardee's intentions on now-closed Edwardsville location

The Edwardsville, IL location is back in the news again, this time city officials want to know what will become of this Burger Chef turned Hardee's now that it's closed. Hardee's Public Relations Manager Jeff Mochal said it's entirely possible that someone could choose to open a new Hardee's franchise at that location or another location nearby. In the meantime, the marquee at the store directs residents of Edwardsville to visit the Hardee's in Glen Carbon. So what will become of this former Burger Chef location? We'll keep you posted....
