RE: Hand Puppets & Carolina Locations

Dear R.T.,

I was looking at Burger Chef websites and saw these puppets nowhere.  I had puppets like these in the early 70's from the Burger Chef in Goose Creek, South Carolina.  I never saw another BC in South Carolina, but I seem to have memories of there being one near Greensboro, North Carolina. I grabbed this picture from Ebay last September.

Thanks for the picture.  You'll find both of these guys in the Ultimate Price Guide to Fast Food Collectibles.  It contains black & white photos of the front and back of each.  The oval-headed chef puppet also appears in Meet Mr. Product.
