I believe this store opened in the late 1960's.  I am sure that it was in either 1969 or 1970.  It is now a Mexican restaurant known as Corralejo.  This one has gone through several different occupants and has been rebuilt on at least 2 different times.

I remember this restaurant well!  After swimming at the DAFB pool we would stop and get a burger. I remember them at .25 each!!!  This was around 1972.

North DuPont Highway

Built around 1969 or 1970.  This one has also undergone several different owners and new decors.
