I was just on the Star Wars website and noticed the old commerical for Burger Chef. I used to go to this one when I was a kid. I drive by the old lot many times during the year and they have made it into a TCF bank now. I wish someway we could bring the Chef back. Nothing was better than piling the pickles so high on those great tasting burgers. Well, I guess I am the first to make a comment. Hopefully someday someone will comment back.

I worked at this Burger Chef in High School, from 80-82 when it closed. The Works Bar was really popular as was the salad bar. The place was always busy, as I recall. I made many good friends working there. The burgers were the best in fast food.

I remember the Burger Chef in Roseville very well. Yes and it is indeed a TCF Bank now. I worked at a Burger Chef on Rice Street in St Paul which was a few minutes north of downtown St Paul. This location was not listed on this website. After it closed, it became a Hardee's. Now there is a strip mall on the location.
