5212 Silver Star Road

This location, located at the intersection of Silver Star Rd. and N. Pine Hills Rd, opened in 1966.  Marilyn Haberkamp and her son, Tim, celebrated the 40th anniversary of their store's opening on Saturday, June 3, 2006 with door prizes, free refreshments, a DJ and a clown.  Their Burger Chef franchise converted to a Hardee's in 1983 and continues to operate as such.

WOW! This site brings back many memories.  My family has owned the restaurant on Silver Star Rd. in Orlando since I was nine years old. Would you like some pictures of the store to post on the site. I have just begun to look at all of the details on the site so I will send you another email later.  Thanks for the memories.
