AH yes, I remember eating at the Douglas location Burger Chef in Kalamazoo. My brothers and I would ride our bikes there for a treat. :) cb

Douglas Burger Chef was my first job 1973!! It was a great part of my teenage lif - other emp & customers?

The Lake Street Burger Chef was a Hardee's for a short time, then became Julianna's Restaurant which it still is today. This is an excellent restaurant.

My first job was at the Lake Street Burger Chef. I guess that would be back in 1977. I worked there again in 1983. Nothing like the Burger Chefs. I came from a family that worked there and brothers that were managers.

My first job was at the Lake street Burger Chef. I guess that would be back in 1977. I worked their again in 1983. Nothing like the Burger Chefs. I came from a family that worked their and brother's that were managers.
